**National Stress Awareness Day on 5th November 08**
Did you know that the first Wednesday in November is officially National Stress Awareness Day (NSAD) in the UK calender?   The aim of NSAD is to raise awareness of stress reduction, to develop an understanding of stress, and to open access to the many coping strategies and sources of help available to people and organisations who want to reduce the harmful outcomes of stress.

 

Now in its 10th year, NSAD is focusing on the habit of WORRY this year.
