What to expect during your Indian Head Massage treatment?
A treatment will last between 15 minutes to one hour. Indian Head Massage is carried out with you sitting in a comfortable chair. The treatment can be carried out with the client fully clothed (loose comfortable
clothing is best ) or semi-clothed. Oil may or may not be used. Use of oil calms the nervous system as well as nourishing the hair.
Is Indian Head Massage Safe For Everyone? Indian head massage is relatively safe but should be avoided by people with spinal
disorders such as osteoporosis and arthritis. If in doubt you should consult your physician before seeking treatment.
Facial treatments
 Eastern facial massage Incorporating acupressure/reflexology. This is a natural face lift which will reduce and prevent wrinkles, repair and balance the condition of the skin, and minimize the ageing process. It will leave your face looking young and healthy.  Signature facial The face and neck area is firstly cleansed followed by gentle exfoliation. You are then given a holistic massage to the scalp, face, neck and shoulders using an exotic blend of oils or cream. The facial is finished off with toning and moisturising your skin, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and with a healthy complexion. Deep Cleansing Facial
The face and neck area is firstly cleansed followed by gentle exfoliation. Whilst a suitable mask is applied, you are given a mini Indian Head Massage to help you relax even more. The facial is finished off with toning and moisturising your skin, leaving your skin feeling smooth and looking refreshed and brighter.
At holistic nirvana, the client’s modesty is respected at all times. The client is covered by soft towels which are turned back only to reveal the areas being worked on.
